Parveen Kansal is a versatile and dynamic entrepreneurial leader who has overseen the establishment and growth of numerous ventures operating in a variety of verticals, starting with his first business at the age of 15. His journey in real estate began at the dawn of the new millennium, when he had the foresight to take risks in real estate with timely investments that culminated into the formation of the Royale Estate Group. As the captain of the Royale Estate ship, Parveen has overseen the group’s diversification into residential, commercial, and industrial real estate along with expansion in international markets.

Neeraj Kansal is a stalwart of Punjab’s real estate, with over 20 years of meaningful contribution to the industry at large. A gold medalist civil engineer, Neeraj firmly believes in integrity, quality, and fostering positive customer relations. His detailed planning and meticulous execution have ensured that customers get the best value for their money. He has innovated and implemented numerous sustainable development solutions in the real estate industry. Apart from leading the Royale Estate brand, he has also operated a technology-enabled start-up, and is a passionate educationist.

Adding a contemporary touch to the traditional values, Piyush mixes his youthful energy into the company. A graduate from the prestigious Queen Mary University of London, his vibrant enthusiasm and energy allows him to envision the Royale Estate Group scaling even greater heights. He is passionate about taking the company onto the global scale as an internationally renowned brand.
